BOUTIQUE Retail Sales Associates. We’re getting ready for a busy winter season and are now hiring associates to help us with day-to-day operations. These positions involve retail selling, customer service, decorating and merchandising the store within a growing local family-owned retail business.
- Part Time or Full Time positions available, Year Round or Seasonal
- Hiring both Seasonal Sales Associates and Lead Sales Associates/Keyholders
Qualifications:
- Part Time or Full Time with some weekend availability
- Organized and structured individual with attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Friendly and approachable customer service
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Professional, trustworthy, reliable and honest
- Work independently and enjoy creating unique visual displays
Responsibilities
- Retail selling fun affordable fashion while providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain the boutique’s visual displays, presence and cleanliness standards.
- Merchandise the store daily to ensure the floor looks fresh
- Receive and process new merchandise
Compensation:
- Hourly pay – up to $23 based on experience
- 40% Discounts on select retail clothing
