BOUTIQUE Manager – Breckenridge

Now hiring Store Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of the locals favorite place to shop – Valleygirl Boutique!  This position involves retail selling, customer service, decorating and merchandising the store, processing new arrivals and assisting with marketing.

Ruby Jane & Valleygirl Boutiques are known for stylish, unique and affordable fashion, accessories and home decor throughout the mountains of Colorado and along the front range. With 7 Colorado locations you can work in a fun and social work environment with a locally family-owned established company! We are looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic, honest, reliable & hard working individual with an interest in fashion and a love of working with people to join our amazing team! We carry brands such as Free People, Kut from the Kloth, ZSupply, Band of the Free, Sadie & Sage, Mud Pie, and more. Position is available to start as soon as possible, submit your resume today!

Store Manager Qualifications:

• Must be available to work 35-40 hours, one weekend day on most weekends, & during the holiday seasons (closed on Christmas day & Thanksgiving day)
• Organized and structured individual with attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Friendly and approachable customer service
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• Motivated and goal-oriented individual who enjoys responsibility and results
• Professional, trustworthy, reliable and honest
• Communicate weekly with Regional Manager
• Enjoy creating unique visual displays

Compensation:

• Hourly pay $25-30 based on experience includes bonuses on monthly sales goals
• Two weeks of earned vacation days, annually + earned PTO/sick days
• 40% Discounts on select retail
