Join Slifer Smith & Frampton as a Broker Services Manager in our new downtown Steamboat Springs office! You’ll support our award-winning brokers with listing management and marketing, while maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment. Responsibilities Include:
Broker Support
- Manage MLS and Showingtime platforms for listing inputs, status updates, and showing setups.
- Assist brokers with property searches, report generation, and open house setups.
- Use Slifer Engine for listing management, including new listing checklists, photo uploads, and marketing material orders.
- Support brokers with KvCORE for client database management, digital marketing campaigns, and newsletters.
- Create and customize marketing materials using Marq, including flyers, brochures, and social media posts.
- Ensure listings and broker profiles are accurately displayed on various platforms, including Forbes Global Properties.
- Lead training sessions and be a “power-user” of SSF office systems, sharing knowledge with brokers.
Office Management & Operational Support
- Collaborate with SSF Corporate Staff and vendors to ensure office branding, maintenance, cleanliness, security, and equipment functionality. Assist in office remodels, maintenance projects, and vendor management, particularly for new locations.
- Oversee daily office operations, including opening/closing, stocking supplies, handling mail, and operating office equipment like computers and printers/copiers.
- Provide top-notch customer service by greeting visitors, handling inquiries, and supporting brokers.
- Assist with budgeting, invoicing, expense tracking, and corporate event coordination.
Business Development & Marketing
- Assist in broker recruiting efforts. Onboard new brokers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience by managing accounts, logins, and paperwork.
- Coordinate sponsorship events, community engagements, and additional marketing support.
- Stay up to date on all marketing tools, programs and SSF
- Affiliations/Partnerships. Provide additional day-to-day marketing support including but not limited to real estate sign ordering, assisting with creation of content and statistics for marketing pieces and social media, and sponsorship event coordination.
Location: On-site at our new office in downtown Steamboat Springs, CO
Start Date: ASAP or by mid July
Pay Rate: $65,000 – $75,000 per year based on experience, with potential for quarterly bonuses based on real estate sales
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Occasional evening/weekend work for special events.
- Qualifications:
Front desk/administrative background in Real Estate. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and maintain a sense of professionalism and customer service throughout.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with a variety of internal and external clients while fostering positive relationships.
- Experience managing multi-step projects from conception through execution.
- Computer proficiency on programs in the Microsoft suite of products, as well as ability to learn new systems/platforms on a regular basis.
