Customer Service Representative

Join our online shopping and catalog department. Work closely with our team to provide a high level of customer service over the phone and online.

Responsibilities:

• Answering customer questions over the phone and online
• Processing phone and online orders
• Giftwrapping and packing shipments
• Tracking shipments
• Checking in inventory
• General office tasks.

Requirements:

Applicants should be professional, have great attention to detail, be well organized, be able to multitask and enjoy working as a team. Excellent telephone and communication skills a must. Previous customer service and sales experience with high end clientele is a plus.

Schedule:

• 4-5 days a week.

Compensation:

• Starting $25 per hour.  Negotiable based on experience
