SUMMARY:
Responsible for providing a variety of Administrative & Payroll/HR activities in support of the resort’s operations.
Office Administrative duties, record keeping, and support onsite.
Input of data in payroll HRIS systems.
Assists with payroll and accounting of records reconciliation.
Verification and follow up of employee data.
Coordinate with all employees on employee accommodations including communication with Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Maintenance check in, check out of units to comply with agreements.
Support parking, uniform, and locker compliance program.
Maintain files in compliance with laws and regulations.
Prepares and distributes monthly communication and newsletters.
Prepares and distribute cards with personally written notes.
Maintains and updates physical and virtual bulletin boards as necessary.
Plans, organizes and facilitates several employee activities and recognition programs.
Ensures all work is done in compliance with federal and state laws and regulations.
Prepares reports, correspondence and a variety of written materials; prepares and maintains accurate documentation of activities.
Maintain company internal and extern mail for all departments.
Attends trainings and meetings as requested or required.
Maintains Human Resources/Accounting office clean and organized.
Takes feedback for continuous improvement.
Contributes to the efficiency and effectiveness by offering suggestions and directing or participating as an active member of a team.
Demonstrates courteous and cooperative behavior when interacting with public and staff; acts in a manner that promotes a harmonious and effective workplace environment.
