We are looking for a customer service oriented Overnight Service Express Runner to join our team. If you are self-motivated and enjoy multi-tasking, we would love to meet you!
The Overnight Service Express Runner is a key part of the back-of-the-house guest service team. The Runner implements all guest requests and deliveries including but not limited to room deliveries, in room dining delivery, and special requests.
Duties Include:
- Valet cars and assist guests with luggage
- Deliver amenities to guest’s rooms upon requests
- Deliver newspapers
- Member of Emergency Response Team
- Cook and deliver In Room Dining orders
- Assist with any other special requests
Location: The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa – Avon, CO.
Approximate start date: ASAP.
Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round.
Pay Rate: $20 / hour
Schedule: 11:00PM – 7:30AM
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid US Driver’s License
- Previous guests service experience, preferably in a luxury resort hospitality environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds
- Able to stand and/or walk intermittently for up to 8 hours / day
- Multilingual is a plus but not required
