We’re looking for an IT Analyst/Technician I to join our team and play a key role in keeping our technology running smoothly, both in the office and out in the field. This is a dynamic position combining technical problem-solving, customer service, and hands-on hardware installations.
Your Role
As an IT Analyst/Technician I, youโll play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the Townโs technology systems. Whether troubleshooting desktop issues, installing outdoor broadband antennas, or managing hardware inventory, your work will directly support both internal staff and broadband customers.
Hiring Range:ย $31.65 – $37.98 hourly. Final offer and placement within the range will be commensurate with experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for desktop, hardware, and application support.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT and Broadband hardware, including workstations, audio/video equipment, outdoor antennas, and digital signage.
- Work in the field to support outdoor hardware tasks such as residential broadband antenna installations and limited tower work.
Assist with underground conduit supervision and related outdoor technical work. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring system reliability and uptime.
- Collaborate with staff, customers, and vendors to address technical needs effectively.
- Manage hardware inventory and support equipment deployment.ย
What Weโre Looking For
Skills and Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in IT, AV, telecommunications, or related fields.
- Certifications in Windows products, telecommunications, broadband, or AV are preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and familiarity with low-voltage wiring.
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and time management skills.
- Ability to adapt to both indoor office environments and outdoor fieldwork.

Special Requirements:
- Valid Colorado driverโs license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to obtain Security/CJIS clearance within 3 months of hire.
- Comfortable lifting and carrying equipment (up to 75 lbs.) and working in varied weather conditions.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position averaging 40 hours per week. Work hours are typically Monday through Friday between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Flexibility may be required for projects, including occasional schedules outside of regular office hours or adjusted workweeks (e.g., 4-10 schedules). Regular, dependable on-site attendance is essential.
