The Vail Board of Realtors is hiring for its Membership & Office Manager position.  This role serves as the point of contact for members who call or come into the Board office.  The Membership & Office Manager addresses membership questions and needs, personally when possible or by connecting them with the staff person who can assist. 

The Membership & Office Manager

  • Works to keep members apprised of and using their membership benefits.
  • Responsible for administrative functions relating to new and current members, from welcoming new members, to making account profile changes for existing members.
  • Provides monthly and annual reporting on overall membership levels.
  • Manages all member billing which includes invoicing of fees and dues and assisting members with billing questions. 
  • Responsible for the management and upkeep of the office. 

This is full-time, non-exempt position.  Starting salary range of $45,000-$55,000.
