Sales Associate

West Vail Liquor Mart in Vail, CO is hiring for Sales Associate positions. The position is multi-faceted and fast paced. We are hiring both full or part-time.

Full-time positions are typically four 9-10 hour shifts per week. Full time year round positions, after a grace period, are entitled to various benefits such as paid time off,  a health benefit reimbursement, and  participation in a 401k plan.

All employees, both part and full time, are given discounts on all store products. We also have a comprehensive delivery system, which results in earning tips for eligible participating drivers. Any hired candidates could start as soon as possible. We will be continuing to hire until positions are filled. This role is essential in maintaining a positive shopping experience and ensuring that our store operates smoothly.

Responsibilities:

-Customer service, interacting with and recommendations to customers
-Product merchandising, stocking shelves and displays
-Point of sale operations
-Accepting and checking in incoming products
-Outgoing deliveries (optional)
-Other duties related to overall store operations

Qualifications

-Exceptional customer service skills
-Knowledge of alcohol products including beer, wine and spirits a plus
-Retail point of sales experience a plus
-Must be able to lift minimum 20 lbs multiple times per shift
