The Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the day-to-day operational excellence of our small business, supporting the Partner with logistics, administration, and bookkeeping duties. Success in this position requires an innovative thinker, attention to detail, efficiency, and a desire to develop processes that streamline operations for business expansion. The Operations Manager should have a growth mindset accompanied by exceptional analytical and organizational skills, a strong independent work ethic and an eagerness to lean.
Logistics: Responsibilities include tracking logistical information via communications with the Partner, customers and 3rd party vendors while building and utilizing internal systems to effectively shepherd projects from inception to completion. Duties Include:
- Manage day to day logistics and communication with 3rd party shippers, project partners and customers.
- Coordinate transportation of customer products for delivery.
- Review purchase orders and shipping documents for accuracy.
- Track and report project status, maintain and enhance internal reporting systems.
- Create, process, and submit delivery reports.
Bookkeeping: The Operations Manager will work with our 3rd party bookkeeping team to ensure timely processing of accounts payable, and submittal of tracking of accounts receivable, with mindfulness toward business cash flow requirements. Duties Include:
- Purchase Order review and input into accounting system.
- Assigning Accounts Payable to specific jobs, review and tracking.
- Accounts Receivable tracking and collection.
Other administrative tasks include upkeep of certifications, registrations and subscriptions as well as document management and file organization.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook / Excel / Word / PowerPoint)
- Bookkeeping Experience (Xero, Quickbooks)
- Experience in Operations and/or Project Management
- Ability to Work Independently
- Strong Communication and Organizational Skills
