International Recruitment Manager

Purpose: The purpose of the International Recruitment Manager provides leadership to the international recruitment efforts. This position develops and implements all international recruitment efforts, manages international recruitment agent relationships, and processes all international applications.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Oversees planning and executing international student recruitment activities for Yellowstone Club.
  • Oversees website, social media accounts, and marketing efforts for international recruiting efforts.
  • Responsible for coordinating H2B and J-1 petitions for Yellowstone Club’s anticipated needs each season.
  • Travel as needed internationally to conduct interviews as necessary.
  • Demonstrated excellent customer service skills for a diverse group of customers, i.e. internal and external customers,
    students, etc.
  • Establish international sourcing strategies and a network of partners.
  • Collaborate with department managers, directors and the Human Resources team to anticipate talent needs and to
    proactively build a pipeline of J-1 and H2B candidates.
  • Utilize reporting and analytics to assess trends and identify opportunities to evolve sourcing strategies.
  • Collaborate with department hiring managers to effectively communicate and overcome any potential recruiting obstacles.
  • Build long-term strategies and professional relationships to increase our employer brand internationally.
  • Manage the international recruiting budget, vendors and all associated recruiting expenses.
  • Responsible for the selection, implementation, and ongoing use of all recruiting tools and platforms.
  • Understand requirements for recruiting in different countries and the process for international recruiting for J-1’s and H2B’s. Prepare an international recruitment calendar annually in anticipation of all needed travel, preparations and housing needs.
  • Track key recruiting metrics, evaluate ROI on recruiting sources and seek continuous improvement in all recruiting
    processes Proactively work with leaders on effective workforce planning.
  • Develop and manage a candidate pipeline in order to quickly adjust to changing recruiting demands and timelines
    internationally.

Experience/Education Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or other relevant degree area
  • 5+ years’ experience working internationally with H2B visas and J-1’ visa programs
  • Experience writing petitions for H2B recruitment program that meet DOL requirements
  • 5+ years’ experience in Human Resources
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills at all levels of the organization
  • Strong organization skills
  • Sound decision making skills
  • Able to work comfortably independently or in a team/group setting
  • Able to travel internationally as needed.

Experience/Education Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources preferred
