Vail Mountain School pays long-term substitutes a fixed daily rate between $280 and $310/day. All full-time roles are eligible for medical, dental, and vision benefits on the first of the month following your hire date. The pay range for this position is $115,000 and $145,000. All full time employees are also offered medical, dental, and vision insurance along with matching 403(b) contributions.
