B-LineXpress Chauffeur Job Description

As a professional chauffeur with B-LineXpress, you are responsible for executing pre-arranged trips to and from various Colorado airports, hotels, private residences and other destinations.

Chauffeurs are hired as either full-time or part-time seasonal employees. We retain a portion of our staff as year-round employees but the majority of our drivers are hired exclusively for the ski season which runs from November to April.

This is more than a “driver” job. Individuals in this position are not only expected to provide safe and timely transportation to B-LineXpress guests, they are expected to uphold company standards and strengthen our reputation at all times. As a B-LineXpress chauffeur, you act as a “concierge on wheels” creating a complete experience for your guests. 

B-LineXpress Chauffeur Job Duties

• 70% Airport Transfers
• 20% Auto Detailing Prior-to or Post-trip
• 5% Hourly-as-Directed Service
• 5% Paperwork, Logs

B-LineXpress Chauffeur Requirements

• Must be at least 25 years old
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must have a clean driving record
• Must have a clean professional appearance
• Must pass an FBI background check
  Subject to random drug testing
• Must pass a driver physical
• Must possess previous customer service experience
• Must be able to drive in winter conditions
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment
  Smartphone application proficiency required
• Email and text/SMS communication required
• Basic computer skills required (GPS, iPad, web browser, etc.)
• Must be able to assist with luggage up to 75 lbs.
• Must keep monthly log of hours worked
