Salary Range: $85,744-$107,179. The maximum pay for this position is $128,615.

Economic Services (a division within the Department of Human Services) is responsible for administering a range of critical public assistance programs including Cash, Child Care, Emergency, Energy, Food and Medical Assistance, as well as connecting customers to other vital resources and supports.

The Economic Services Organizational Effectiveness Manager (OEM) is accountable for driving organizational efficiency and effectiveness by developing and implementing strategies to optimize processes, improve productivity, and drive positive change within the Economic Services Division.

The OEM works closely with the Economic Services Operations Manager to ensure both the efficiency of the division’s processes and the effectiveness of its staff.

As the OEM, you’ll be responsible for:

Designing and overseeing workflows that meet quality standards and regulations.
Leading data analysis to measure performance across various areas.
Creating a system for managing data, including collection, storage, and analysis.
Identifying opportunities to automate manual data handling.
Cleaning and interpreting data to provide insights for leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution focusing on organizational effectiveness, business development, business administration, project management, operational efficiency, process improvement, organizational change or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience that produces the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
  • Master’s Degree in a related field, preferred.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience; four (4) years of progressively responsible experience in human services or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year effectively managing, collaborating, and facilitating teams in either a fully remote or hybrid workplace.
  • Any of the following certifications preferred: Lean Six Sigma, Prosci ADKAR, PMP, Disciplined Agile, executive leadership.
  • Position may require travel to service locations within Eagle County and may require travel to regional or state training, meetings, or events within/outside of Colorado; a valid US driver’s license, and the ability to pass a background investigation. Reliable transportation is required.
