Why Drive for ECSD?

No CDL? We’ll pay for your training and testing
Signing Bonus:

• $2,000 – Full-time, with CDL Class BP2 and all endorsements
• $1,500 – Full-time, Class B with Airbrake, no passenger endorsement
• $1,000 – Full-time, needs CDL
• $500 – Part-time, already licensed
• End-of-Year Bonus: 5% of your total wages paid in June

What You’ll Do:

• Safely transport students to and from school, field trips, and activities
• Operate school buses in all weather conditions, including mountain driving
• Perform pre-trip inspections, light maintenance, and daily cleaning
• Communicate with students, families, and staff in a respectful and professional manner
• Stay current on certifications, testing, and licensing requirements

What You’ll Bring:

• A valid Colorado driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screening
• Willingness to complete our 80-hour CDL training program
• Strong communication skills and sound judgment
• Commitment to student safety and well-being

Preferred but not required:

• Fluency in Spanish
• CDL Class B with passenger and school bus endorsements
