Job description

On-Site Veterinary offers mobile veterinary services to large, small, and exotic animals in addition to full-service small-animal medical needs out of a hospital in the beautiful mountain setting of Eagle, Colorado. We are looking to hire a compassionate Registered Veterinary Technician to add to our amazing team! Our office hours are Monday- Friday 8:00-5:30 pm and only see current client emergencies after hours.

Our ideal candidate will be team-oriented, self-motivated, and have excellent time management skills. Responsibilities include but are not limited to communicating with our amazing clients, helping answer phones and schedule appointments as needed, collecting and running patient samples in our diagnostic equipment, communicating with the DVM, helping input records and charges for appointments, checking in and prepping surgical patients, monitoring anesthesia, etc.

Salary is dependent on experience. Each technician works four 10-hour shifts per week and we rotate evening and weekend on-call shifts. 3 days off allows plenty of time to enjoy our close proximity to ski resort, hiking, mountain biking, and other outdoor activities.

Job Types: Full-time (more than 24 hrs/week), Part-time (less than 34 hrs/week)

Pay: $22.00 – $28.00 per hour

Schedule: (Four) 10-hour shifts
