Services Ambassador – Outsourced Shipping Department (OSD)

If so, TripHero is looking for a full-time Services Ambassador-OSD, based in Aspen and Snowmass, CO. This position is a unique opportunity to put your experience to use and reach new heights with a growing, innovative company. You won’t miss a powder day or a morning hike as the schedule is 6 days per week (Mon-Sat) for 6 hours per day (12p – 6p), and the pay range is from $24/hr – $26/hr.

Responsibilities Include:

-Manage all aspects of a shipping department inside a hotel operation
-Fulfill shipping and receiving functions including, but not limited to, logging and delivering incoming packages, creating new orders and printing labels
-Daily invoicing and billing systems
-Handle customer service for hotel guests
-Act as TripHero ambassador to hotel staff and guests
Requirements:

-Ability to promote our shipping services to guests and groups.
-Ability to lift 50+ lbs
-Outstanding customer service skills
-Outgoing personality with strong verbal and written communication
-Excellent organizational and time management skills
-Basic computer skills
-Ability to work during inclement weather and in a fast-paced environment
-Licensed and insured to operate a motor vehicle
