About the Role
As Facilities Manager, you’ll oversee the maintenance and safety of school facilities and grounds, ensuring they are clean, efficient, and well-maintained for students, staff, and the community. You’ll lead a team of facilities and grounds personnel, manage budgets, and coordinate maintenance, inspections, and safety compliance.
What Youโll Do
- Supervise facilities, grounds, and seasonal staff
- Oversee maintenance, repairs, and snow removal
- Manage budgets, purchasing, and compliance requirements
- Ensure safety, inspections, and preventative maintenance
- Develop Capital Reserve priorities & oversee contracts
Qualifications
- 5+ years of building & grounds maintenance experience (including 3+ years in a leadership role)
- Working knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, landscaping & construction
- Strong leadership, communication & budgeting skills
- Valid Colorado driverโs license & computer/database experience
