About the Role

As a Registrar, you will be the primary point of contact for student enrollment, records, scheduling, and attendance tracking. You will provide exceptional customer service to families, staff, and administration while ensuring confidentiality and security protocols are upheld. Strong computer skills and attention to detail are essential for maintaining student data and reporting tools.

What You’ll Do

• Manage student enrollment & records (transcripts, transfers, attendance, truancy)
• Ensure data accuracy in student information systems & generate reports
• Support master schedule creation and adjust student schedules as needed
• Collaborate with district departments & third-party entities
  Communicate with families via newsletters, social media, and messaging systems
• Administer first aid & medication under nurse guidance (training provided)
• Perform general office duties and assist with recess/lunch supervision as needed

Who You Are

• High school diploma or equivalent (office experience preferred)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy (Excel/Google Sheets proficiency)
• Excellent communicator with strong customer service skills
• CPR & first aid certification required (or obtain within 1 month of hire)
• Bilingual skills are a plus!
