Donut Maker & Barista – Copper Mountain, CO

Bring good vibes, tasty treats, and top-notch service to our donut-loving guests.
·     Be a team player—collaborate with coworkers, managers, vendors, and guests
·     Take orders, process payments, make accurate change, and follows cash handling procedures 
·     Clean and stock food prep areas, floors, cooking surfaces, and utensils; assist with cleaning of any other areas as needed
·     Learn how to make our legendary donuts, following recipes and safety rules
·     Prepare drinks: Follow recipes to make coffee drinks and smoothies
·     Operate fryers, mixers, espresso machine, blender, etc.
·     Share ideas to improve workflow and guest experience
·     Report any concerns (safety, product, guest) to owner and help find solutions
·     Stay cool and collected during rushes and surprises
·     Show up consistently and on time
·     Work with the owner to tackle “whatever comes up”

·     1+ year of customer service or bakery experience preferred
·     Flexible schedule, working weekends and holidays is necessary
·     Reliable ride to work
·     You must live in or around Summit County, Colorado.
·     You must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Part-time hours between 10-30/week, as you desire. Opportunity to stay on year round and work during our busy winter season.
