The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for full lifecycle recruiting at Aspen Skiing Company (ASC). Primarily focused on ASC’s Parent Company, this position will recruit professionals that are more corporate in nature but have all the benefits of working for North America’s premier resort, experience and hospitality operator. This new position is critical in maturing a function that reflects the growth and modernization within the wider industry.

Essential Job Functions
• Own the full lifecycle recruiting process for the Parent Company and other critical roles at Aspen Skiing Company (ASC),
• Maximize and improve the candidate and hiring manager experience at ASC
• Own creative sourcing of candidates through a variety of channels including digital, networking, referrals, cold calling and social networks including the passive sourcing of talent
• Build, sustain and manage relationships with Universities, third party staffing agencies and other entities
• Assist with training hiring managers on Applicant Tracking System (ATS) use and develop ways to hold them accountable to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Develop and influence relationships within all areas of the business, including Parent Company managers and executives
• Create and reviews Aspen Skiing Company job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers and Human Resource Managers to ensure they comply with the latest standards and develop a recruiting strategy to fulfill each role
• Maintain regular communication cycles with Talent Acquisition Management and Human Resource Managers about upcoming open positions within each area and follow-up consistently to ensure a successful recruiting cycle
• Works with Talent Acquisition and HR team to optimize and upgrade HR technology
• Assists with coordination of on and off-property ASC job fairs
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
• College degree, preferably in Humans Resources or related field required
• 2 – 4 years of talent acquisition experience in a professional environment required
• Previous experience using Applicant Tracking Systems required
• High Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required
• Previous experience with Microsoft or Google applications (OneDrive, Google Drive) required
• Ability to ski / ride at an intermediate level to travel various worksites

Supervision Given and Received
Given: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Received: Works under limited supervision of the Talent Acquisition Manager. Receives guidance in terms of broad goals and overall objectives and is responsible for establishing strategical methods to attain them. Can formulate policies but does not necessarily have final authority for approval. Review of work is not detailed and emphasizes accomplishment of broad work objectives, rather than specific assignments.

• Ability to stand, type and sit at desk/computer for most of the work shift executing repetitive movements
• No adverse or hazardous conditions
• Not required, but preferred to be able to occasionally lift, push or pull 25 lbs. individually or with assistance
