Office Manager Essential Functions: ● Candidate will be responsible for office supervision, administration, scheduling and coordination of construction projects according to specifications. ● Able to multitask in a fast paced, deadline driven, service oriented environment ● Assisting vendors/subcontractors with any questions, inquires, or issues ● Telephone/internet systems management ● Administrative tasks such as typing, answering telephone directing calls/taking messages, mail management, copying, faxing, accurate filing (digital & paper), managing multiple calendar functions, and other tasks as needed ● Greet guests upon arrival at office and always maintain a pleasant and professional attitude ensure that welcome area remains tidy and refreshments are replenished as needed ● Act as a resource to all office/field staff members ● Creation and maintaining of all staff files and BPC employee documents including but not limited to new hire welcome packets, electronic assignment log, time off requests, incident report forms, interview scheduling and follow up, etc. ● Data entry as required ● Assistance with HR and Benefits administration ● Manage safety documentation requirements, renew contractor licenses, manage and organize subcontractor documentation and files ● Office supplies and inventory management able to plan ahead and ensure that all supplies are accurately tracked, and supply inventories are replenished as necessary

Required Education and Experience: ● Previous experience as Office Manager at a general contracting/design/architecture firm ● High attention to detail and ability to follow through and complete tasks ● Very good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Office Suite, and Google Suite. ● Professional, personable and a team player ● Excellent written/oral communication and analytical skills ● Must be a self-starter and be able to work independently with minimal supervision ● Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive financial information ● Previous experience in fast- paced office environment and excellent customer service skills ● Interested in a career in the construction industry ● Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive financial information ● Valid Driver’s license and clean driving record ● Clean Background check

Preferred Education and Experience: ● Previous experience with high-end residential construction ● Bachelor/Associates degree in business administrative, human resources management or a related field
