Job Description

Project Manager will have a mix of commercial and residential project management experience. The project manager plays a pivotal role while being strategic. The Project Manager will coordinate and oversee all aspects of various construction projects including budgeting, coordination, vendor/sub-contractor scheduling, communication, site visits plus various other assigned tasks.

 

Duties

Monitor job performance and budget targets.
Oversee the activities of the project team.
Responsible for managing the change order process with clients and subcontractors.
Review all project related paperwork and approve subcontractor and vendor invoices.
Prepare subcontracts, change orders and other necessary paperwork so the office can process properly.
Review and update project schedules.
Attend and document client meetings.
Enforce job site safety policies and procedures.
Troubleshoot and assist in resolving problems.
Analyze, understand, and communicate the contract and scope of work to protect the company’s interest.
Develop customer relationships by delivering outstanding customer service.
Schedule and manage inspections.
Ability to collaborate with the team, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.

 

Qualifications
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level.
Knowledge of communities/property/real estate and homeowners associations.

Knowledge of typical business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling, etc.) at a proficient level.

Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques at a proficient level.

Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).

Professional customer service skills.

Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.

Time management and time critical prioritization skills.

1 – 3 years of Community Association experience
