Administration Assistant 

Full-Time Year Round

Hours 8:30am – 4:30pm M-F

 

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative support to General manager
  • Primary contact for homeowners’ questions.
  • Assist with account questions and resident portal
  • Answer phone calls, emails (manager of CiraMail Inbox)
  • Assist with document filing and retention
  • Assist with regular and annual board meeting prep
  • Assist vendors with setting up vendor account, 1099, COI
  • Assist as directed by General Manager.
  • Cross-train on administrative functions and overall, HOA policies, procedures & rules to support administrative office during staff vacations and sick days.
  • Plus, other work-related tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Ability to learn new software programs and comfortable navigating technology
  • Communication skills
