CTL|Thompson, Inc. is seeking a qualified Administrative Assistant for full-time employment in our Summit County, CO office.  The Administrative Assistant facilitates the efficient operation of the assigned department by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary.
Formats and finalize reports for clients.
Prepares proposals and creates project set ups as back up.
Facilitates and maintains communication between the clients and project managers.
Coordinates meetings, and appointments for managers or supervisors.
In charge of building maintenance and cleaning supplies.
Maintains office supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipment.
Manages fleet vehicles.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Box, Metafiled, Deltek/Vantagepoint, Dialpad, Docusign, Outlook, or other related software.
Ability to type at least 60 words per minute.
Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
Ability to work independently.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
At least three years of administrative and clerical experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.
Ability to travel as needed.
