Entry Level Bookkeeper

Our fast-paced and growing accounting office is seeking an Entry Level Bookkeeper in Eagle, CO.

This position will focus heavily on clerical tasks and data entry:

·         Maintain vendor and customer files

·         Secure and maintain current W-9s and COIs

·         Maintain filing system

·         Assist with A/P and other projects as needed

Qualifications:

·         Proficiency in MS Office

·         Strong organizational and administrative ability

·         Ability to take initiative, self-starter

·         Attention to detail

·         1 year of experience in an administrative or accounting role preferred

·         Experience with QuickBooks a plus

·         Experience with A/P and A/R a plus
