Hiring Range-$23.79-$31.02.

The position’s role is to provide a single point of contact for end users and their supported equipment to receive support, training, and maintenance within the organization’s desktop computing environment. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all PC hardware and equipment. The position will provide timely end-user assistance, training, and troubleshooting via in-person, telephone, or e-mail/chat.

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm. Mostly onsite and flexible schedule arrangement is possible.

Desktop Support Tech II (Hiring Range: $23.79 $29.73)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of related IT end-user/desktop support, education, training or experience required which produces the required knowledge, skills, and abilities, though; 3 years of experience is helpful.
  • Certifications in Google, Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA, and other technology-related certifications are a plus.
  • Experience supporting computer hardware, including desktop computers, laptops, and hardware peripherals.

Desktop Support Tech III (Hiring Range: $24.81 $31.02)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of related IT end-user/desktop support, education, training, or experience required which produces the required knowledge, skills, and abilities, though; 4 years of experience is preferred.
  • Two years of proven success in the Desktop Support Technician II position, inclusive of the essential functions of the role as well as the knowledge, skills and abilities required of the position.
  • Certifications in Google, Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA, and other technology-related certifications are a plus.
  • 4 years of customer service, IT or related field experience.
