The Early Head Start Home Visitor works with pregnant women and families with children up to three years of age to enhance the healthy development of children and families. Home Visitors organize, plan and facilitate weekly home visits with families that integrate all Head Start components (areas of health, early childhood education and development, nutrition, family life skills, safety and mental health). Referring and linking families with other community programs is also an essential component of this position.

Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8am to 5pm. The schedule varies based on the needs of families. Weekends and evenings may be required. Possible hybrid work arrangement based on employee and client needs

El visitante domiciliario de Early Head Start trabaja con mujeres embarazadas y familias con niños de hasta tres años de edad para mejorar el desarrollo saludable de los niños y las familias. Los visitantes domiciliarios organizan, planifican y facilitan visitas domiciliarias semanales con las familias que integran todos los componentes de Head Start (áreas de salud, educación y desarrollo de la primera infancia, nutrición, habilidades para la vida familiar, seguridad y salud mental).
