This grant-funded (until Sep 2026, with potential extension) position is your chance to make a real difference. As a Homeless Services Caseworker, you’ll be the first point of contact for people experiencing homelessness, connecting them with crucial resources and guiding them toward a brighter future.

Schedule: M-F, 9am to 5pm

Location: Eagle, CO & Edwards, CO (Flexible work arrangement)

What you’ll do:

  • Become a champion for your clients, coordinating services and referrals.
  • Build trust and rapport, providing direct case management and support.
  • Partner with community resources to ensure all needs are met.
  • Maintain accurate records and data.

You’re a great fit if you have:

  • Two years of progressively responsible experience in the field of human services, social work, or other related field
  • Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university in human services, social work, or other related area, or a combination of education and experience that produces the required knowledge, skills, and abilities is preferred.
  • A valid Driver’s license is required. This position will be expected to travel to various locations throughout the Eagle River Valley and Roaring Fork Valley to attend and participate in work-related meetings and events.
  • A passion for helping others and a strong understanding of homelessness issues.
  • Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a big plus!
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Top-notch organization and attention to detail.
