Coordinator – Fellowship Program

Are you someone who enjoys planning events, coordinating and administrating several teams in reference to sports medicine and research?  This could be the job for you!  This position is responsible for organizing and coordinating the fellowship activities of the Steadman Philippon Research Institute, including the Sports Medicine Fellowship Program, the Foot and Ankle Fellowship Program, the Hip Preservation and Reconstruction Fellowship Program, and the International Scholars Program. The Fellowship Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day operations for the fellowship programs, planning, preparation, and execution of activities related to maintaining program accreditation, recruitment, orientation, and evaluation. Knowledge, Experience and Skill Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Finance, Human Resources, or similar field preferred. Five years administrative, coordinator and/or clerical experience required. Demonstrated travel and event planning skills, preferred. Strong customer service interaction and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively communicate in English both verbally and in writing. Ability to maintain effective working relationships with employees and physicians. Ability to attend meetings, events, with varying times. Well-developed administrative, coordinator and/or clerical skills with a pro-active approach to organizing tasks.
